A 30-minute call to understand your business, customers and goals. You send the available content and we establish what the site needs to do.
We design the pages in Figma. You review the direction, give feedback and we work through the agreed revisions before development.
The approved design is built with the hosting setup, SEO foundations, analytics and security configuration included in the agreed scope. Responsive behaviour and key interactions are checked before launch.
Final review, domain connection and Search Console setup where applicable. Once the site is live, the selected maintenance plan handles the ongoing care.
Maintenance plans
The maintenance plan is separate from the website setup fee. Choose the support level that fits how often the site changes and how much ongoing input you want from Catspace.

The website model is easier to understand when the setup fee, monthly service and ownership terms are separated clearly.
There are two parts: a setup fee and a monthly subscription. The setup fee covers the design and build of your website. The monthly subscription covers hosting, security, updates, support and ongoing access to the live site.
The website is provided as an ongoing managed service rather than a one-time transfer of the design and code.
You can cancel without an exit fee. At the end of your final billing period, the managed website service ends and the site goes offline.
The custom design, code and Catspace infrastructure remain Catspace property. Your domain, original text, photos and brand assets remain yours.
You own the material you bring to the project, including your domain, original content and brand identity.
Catspace owns the custom design, code and managed infrastructure. While your subscription is active, you have the right to use the website as part of the Catspace service.
A live website needs ongoing hosting, security work, software updates, backups and support. The subscription keeps those responsibilities together instead of leaving the site unmanaged after launch.
It also separates the initial build cost from the ongoing work required to keep the site running.
By default, you provide the raw content, such as text, photos and business information, and Catspace structures and presents it for the website.
Copywriting can also be quoted separately if you want Catspace to handle more of the writing.
It depends on your maintenance plan. Essential includes minor fixes up to 30 minutes per month. Growth adds one small content update per month. Pro adds two content or design requests per month.
Larger changes, new pages or new features are quoted separately. Catspace will confirm whether a request is included before carrying out chargeable work.
