If you have a tight deadline (event launch, menu update), we can fast-track to 4-5 days with priority handling. Just mention it during the brief call.
Yes - we come to you with all the gear. No studio rental, no travel hassle for you.
What you need to prepare:
We handle everything else: lighting, backdrops, props, lens choice, post-production. Travel within Glasgow / central Scotland is included. Outside that radius, we add a small travel fee discussed upfront.
Three formats are included by default:
Revisions: 1 round of revisions included on the final selection (up to 5 photos and 1 video). Major reshoots are not included but can be quoted separately.
Raw files: we keep them for 6 months in our archive. If you need uncompressed RAW files (CR3 from Canon), they're available on request for an additional fee.
Usage rights: unlimited and forever - you can use the photos and videos on your website, social, menus, ads, signage, print campaigns, anywhere. No license fees, ever. The only thing you can't do is resell them as stock photography.
£899 flat fee - that's the total. No VAT (we're not VAT-registered yet, our turnover is below the UK threshold). No hidden costs.
Payment structure:
We accept Stripe (card payment) or bank transfer. Invoices are issued automatically.
Rescheduling: free if at least 48 hours before shoot day. Within 48 hours, a 50% rescheduling fee applies (covers our blocked time).
Cancellation: deposit is non-refundable once we've started preparation work (typically 5 days before shoot). Before that, a full refund minus a £50 admin fee.
The Kickstart Pack is designed as your content library foundation - it gives you 6+ months of usable assets.
For ongoing content (weekly Instagram posts, regular Reels, seasonal menu updates), we recommend pairing this shoot with our Social Media Management service. We'll:
