Your site goes offline. The design, code, and infrastructure remain Catspace's property that's how the rental model works. You stop paying us, we stop hosting and maintaining your site.
What stays yours: your domain (you've always owned it we just point it to our servers while you're a client) and any original content you provided us (your texts, your photos, your brand assets). We'll send you those exports cleanly so you can use them with another agency or platform.
